May was a dynamic month for the PCH team, filled with meaningful engagements and industry-defining events that underscored the power of collaboration and innovation in global mobility. Here's a look back at the highlights:



Tennessee Relocation Council Spring Conference: The Voices of Mobility

April 29–30, 2025 | Nashville, TN



At the TRC Spring Conference, themed "The Voices of Mobility," we gathered with industry peers to spotlight the diverse perspectives shaping relocation today. The event featured engaging sessions, including a keynote on mastering communication and a panel on immigration and tax updates. Networking events like the TRC Tailgate provided opportunities to connect in a relaxed setting. We also participated in a community service project, assembling snack packs for The Oasis Center, supporting homeless teens in Nashville.



FEM Americas Summit & EMMAs

May 14–15, 2025 | Dallas, TX



We had an incredible time at the 2025 Forum for Expatriate Management Americas Summit and EMMA Awards!

PCH was honored to be recognized as a Highly Commended Corporate Housing Provider of the Year. Out of 600+ global providers, this recognition places us among the top in the corporate housing industry—a proud moment for our entire team.

A standout highlight was celebrating Michelle Velasquez's birthday at the masquerade gala alongside Megan FitzGerrell and Samantha Elliott. The celebration was made even more special as Michelle shared her expertise during the panel discussion, “Partnering for Excellence in Talent Mobility – Leveraging Internal and External Support.”

The FEM Americas Summit brought together global mobility leaders for two days of engaging discussions, workshops, and networking. It all concluded with the prestigious EMMA Awards Gala, a night dedicated to recognizing excellence in expatriate management, attended by top professionals from across the industry.





Relopalooza

May 14–16, 2025 | Raleigh, North Carolina



Co-hosted by CMARC and VARC at the Marriott City Center, the event brought relocation professionals together for a high-energy experience focused on trends, best practices, and collaboration. It was a great opportunity to reconnect and spark new partnerships.

The message was clear: a strong relocation strategy works like great music—every part matters, but only when we’re in sync. The key takeaways were clear: every idea has potential, innovation thrives on collaboration, cultural training is essential, and preparation, flexibility, and listening drive success.

Thank you to the CMARC and VARC boards, and to Elizabeth Martin, CRP, for leading an unforgettable event. Your vision set the tone for what’s next in our industry.
